Who is responsible for your data

When you visit the website

No cookies. The website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. That’s why there is no consent banner.

Counting visits. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It records:

• –which page you opened and which page you came from;
• –approximate location (country, region, city);
• –device type, operating system and browser;
• –clicks on the “Book a call” button, on the email address, on the link to the examples and on the brochure download, and opening the AI assistant.

We only look at this data in aggregate. We don’t link it to you or to your IP address. During one day, the same visitor is recognised by a hash calculated from the request, and that hash is discarded after 24 hours.

Hosting. The website is served by Vercel Inc. from the USA. Like any web server, it technically processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the page to you and protect it from abuse. Vercel participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and uses standard contractual clauses for data transfers.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the website working and in knowing which parts of it are useful (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you book a call

The “Book a call” button leads to Calendly, where you enter your name, email and, if you wish, answers to a few questions. We receive this data in order to hold the call. The call takes place on Zoom.

Legal basis: your request to talk before a possible collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Calendly and Zoom are separate services from the USA with their own privacy policies:

When you write to us

We receive and send email through Google Workspace. We use your address and message only to reply to you and for the conversation you started.

When you chat with the AI assistant

The Croatian version of the website has an AI assistant that answers questions about our services, based only on the content of this website. What you type is sent to Anthropic PBC from the USA, whose Claude model writes the answer.

We don’t store the conversation. It exists only in your browser while the page is open and disappears when you close it. Anthropic processes the messages under its privacy policy.

Don’t enter personal data or your company’s confidential information. The answers are written by AI and may be wrong; for offers and decisions, a conversation with us is what counts.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering visitors’ questions about our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep data

We keep data from bookings and emails while we discuss a possible collaboration, and for no longer than 24 months after the last contact. If you become a client, the periods set by the contract and by law apply, for example for invoices. Analytics data exists only in aggregate.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• –find out what data we hold about you;
• –ask for it to be corrected or deleted;
• –ask for processing to be restricted;
• –object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
• –receive your data in a format you can pass on to someone else.

Write to info@leitnermarketing.com. We reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we process your data in breach of the rules, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data or give it to others for advertising. We don’t send a newsletter without your consent. We don’t make automated decisions about you or build a profile of you.
