Proof, not promises

Estimate from the same AI review: for a team of two to three developers, this is three to six months of work.
Once the platform was live, I had it rated by AI: Anthropic’s Claude Opus 5, the same model I mostly built it with. That’s exactly why I asked it to measure the code and not to embellish anything. For scope and decisions I got high marks. For engineering hygiene — tests, automated checks and error monitoring — 3.5 out of 10.
Two days later that rating was 9. Then I deliberately broke the code in seven places. The checks caught the fault all seven times.
